Learn to prevent stretch marks before they happen
Hi, I'm Dr. Lana.
I'd like to tell you about a brand new program I've created for
preventing stretch marks caused by pregnancy.
When I first got pregnant, all I wanted was to know my baby was healthy
and everything was normal. As the months passed and everything was
going well, I started thinking about how I looked and about how I
wanted to look and feel after the pregnancy.
Many of my girlfriends had told me they wished they had taken care of
themselves better during the pregnancy. At the top of the list was
getting back into shape and dealing with stretch marks. I had seen so
many friends and patients end up with dark red stretch marks on their
stomachs, thighs, and hips. And not one of them was very happy to have
them.
Of course my friends were all much happier to have their children than
flat perfect abs, but they certainly wished there was something they
could have done about the stretch marks. I felt the same way. I wanted
to keep my body as healthy and beautiful as possible, during and after
the pregnancy. I didn't want any stretch marks either.
So, I put my medical knowledge to work to see if I could do anything
about it. I knew that stretch marks weren't unusual. In fact, in med
school I learned that at least 50% of pregnant women get stretch marks.
I started researching stretch marks in my medical school textbooks.
When I was in med school in my 20s, I hadn't given much thought to
stretch marks. But now, 15 years later, I was married and with a baby
on the way. I was hearing all sorts of tips from friends and family
about everything from how to avoid morning sickness to how to avoid
stretch marks, and I knew more than a few things from my medical
training.
You can go to any website for pregnant women, and in the "well being"
section, there will be all sorts of remedies listed for stretch marks.
They talk about creams, they talk about oils, I even heard about herbal
tea. All of these creams were supposed to help keep the skin firm and
free of stretch marks. But not a single woman I ever met has told me
that she avoided stretch marks with special creams or topical oils.
That's wasn't very comforting. And since I know my science, I know what
really happens in the skin. It made perfect sense that these products
would not work by themselves. All the stories from my friends just
proved the science--they had tried just about every stretch mark cream
on the market without success. Some of their stretch marks were so bad
they never wanted to wear anything again that allowed even a glimpse of
their stomach or thighs. So I at least had found that creams were not
the answer.
I had set myself two goals before I ever got pregnant. The first one
was to do whatever I could to make sure my baby was healthy and normal.
But the second was to take care of myself so well that I would feel and
look much like my old self when my baby was one year old! I didn't mind
gaining a few extra pounds, but I definitely wanted to be able to look
into the bathroom mirror and say "yes, that's me, that's definitely
me."
With all the changes happening to my body, being pregnant felt at times
like I had very little control. I paid attention to my diet, exercised
moderately, and rested when I could. I was determined to do everything
in my power to still feel like I was ME. I wanted to be able to look in
the mirror and recognize my body, my looks, and I wanted to feel
comfortable in the same jeans I used to wear before I was pregnant. My
goal was to stay the same, to look good, be healthy, and be happy with
myself about it! Was that too much to ask?
I had seen many of my friends who had given birth felt like their
bodies had changed almost beyond recognition. It wasn't just those last
10 pounds that were hard to shed. They talked about their hips being
wider, about not fitting into the same shoes anymore. About never
wanting to wear a swimsuit, or shorts or a low cut dress, because their
personal level of self-confidence had suffered. And stretch marks came
up in almost every one of those discussions.
It's unfortunate, but not surprising, because stretch marks are so
noticeable. In this example, the stretch marks aren't even that bad
compared to some:
Looks aren't everything, but they do affect how we feel about
ourselves. This is a sensitive topic, but weight gain, and weight loss,
with or without pregnancy, with loose skin and stretch marks can
seriously affect how attractive a woman feels both in her own eyes and
with her partner. Of course your husband or partner will love you, with
or without stretch marks. If he didn't, he wouldn't be much of a
husband, would he!
But I saw stretch marks as a problem that can be quite serious for some
of us and I wanted to avoid them myself and put an end to them for my
friends. So I decided to go about this scientifically, methodically,
and do research.
In any good research the first step is to identify the problem. In this
case: why and how do stretch marks happen? I knew that once I had a
full understanding of that, I could start looking at ways to PREVENT
them from happening.
Some women I knew had spent hundreds, even thousands of dollars on
creams, laser treatments, and even surgeries to make stretch marks
fade...and sometimes, the treatments didn't even work.
I took all of my research and developed a program before I got
pregnant. The diet was designed to do lots of things, like help my baby
be healthy. But avoiding stretch marks was certainly one of the goals!
The solution was a bit different than I had expected. I thought there
might be an undiscovered cream somewhere, a magic herb from some exotic
place. But the answer to preventing stretch marks was something I
already did several times a day.
The answer was...whether you get stretch marks or not depends almost
entirely
On what you eat and what you don't eat
I quickly made lists of everything I found, and changed my diet right
away to my new program to stop stretch marks. I knew that since I was
40 and pregnant, my risk for stretch marks was honestly pretty high.
But believe it or not...even though I was already 40 when I became
pregnant for the first time, I made it through two pregnancies after
age 40 without getting a single bad stretch mark.
I did get one or two little ones, but they were as thin as a hair,
white, and almost completely invisible. When I showed them to my
husband, he just laughed and said "these are so tiny you'd need a
magnifying glass! I'd say they don't count!"
Stretch marks come in many forms. There's everything from hair-thin
white lines that are barely visible, to large reddish-purple lines that
are a quarter inch wide and 2-3 inches long.
For example, here are some photos of stretch marks that are very
noticeable:
My midwife, OB/GYN, and friends and family were so excited about my
results that they encouraged me to share them online with everyone.
Since I'm a medical doctor myself, I knew I had the experience and
expertise to share my knowledge with others. I made a list of
everything I did, and I went back to my books and checked all the
supporting science.
Stretch marks might not exactly be a medical emergency, but they can
definitely affect how we feel about and look at our bodies. I made my
program so that you too can give yourself the greatest possible chances
of avoiding stretch marks.
There's also more good news: the diet described in my program can help
existing stretch marks fade and even disappear. Stretch marks that have
started fading can come back with a vengeance with a new pregnancy. And
this time, they're often much worse than before. So, even if you
already have stretch marks from a previous pregnancy, the diet can help
a lot.
The diet is a piece of cake to build into your daily routine, so that's
why I've named my program
Simply No Stretch Marks
I barely noticed following the diet after the first week. Every day I
just put all the essentials in my breakfast shake, and I took the
vitamins in the evening. All the different foods I needed to buy were
right there at my local grocery store. Very soon, I didn't even have to
think about my program much. My routine became simple, easy, and it
took care of itself.
This worked out great because as a mother to be, I didn't have the time
or the energy to think about doing a complex program. I was free to
spend my time thinking about and preparing for my baby. That was the
real seller for me...once I was set up, the program didn't take extra
time at all.
So a little about me ...
First and foremost, I'm a mother of two children. I had them both after
40 years old, they were my first kids, and I avoided stretch marks
through both pregnancies. Here's a picture of me pregnant with my
second...
I studied to be a doctor at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. Since I
graduated, I've spent 10 years as a medical doctor. I've also been the
CEO of a medical testing company, and have served as a medical advisor
to companies in biotech and medical devices.
Eating the right things causes our bodies to work right in many ways. A
diet that helps prevent stretch marks has other wonderful benefits too,
like these:
1. Prevent stretch marks before they happen
2. Doesn't take much extra time at all
3. Reduce the appearance of existing stretch marks
4. Have soft, smooth, beautiful skin built from the inside out
5. Grow thicker, stronger hair and nails
6. Reduced risk of acne and skin blemishes
7. Maintain flexible joints
8. Have more energy throughout the day
9. Avoid excess flabby skin
10. What helps have no stretch marks in Mom supports excellent
growth and development in her baby
I'm happy to offer my program for just $15 and I wish you the best of
success with it.
I guarantee a 100% refund within six
months if you're not happy with the program

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.
ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
